What to Expect
People who complete this program may expect improvement in their symptoms. That is a reasonable expectation based on what thorough stabilisation and psychoeducation can accomplish.
The assessments you complete each module help you track what is actually happening, rather than relying on subjective reports alone.
The primary goal of this program is to prepare you for one-on-one therapy.
Some people find that the preparation work itself makes a significant difference. The stabilisation skills, the understanding of patterns, the shift in self-awareness — for some, this is sufficient and they choose to postpone or reconsider therapy. That is also a valid outcome.
Either way, completing this program provides clarity about how the nervous system works, why certain reactions happen, and what is driving the difficulties. This understanding itself is invaluable — it reduces the distress that can come from not knowing why things feel the way they do.
